PAYMENT POLICY

CLAUSE I. - PURPOSE AND CONTRACTING MODALITY
The purpose of this Payment Policy is to regulate the conditions under which the USER settles payments for aesthetic services and products purchased on vaothy.com.

Pursuant to VAOTHY COMPANY S.A. DE C.V.'s (hereinafter, "VAOTHY") operating model, it is established that full and advance payment is a suspensive condition for the confirmation of any reservation. No treatment will be performed at the Tijuana location without prior validation and crediting of funds to the company's accounts.

CLAUSE II. - PAYMENT METHODS AND AUTHORIZED GATEWAYS
To guarantee the integrity of transactions, VAOTHY exclusively uses payment infrastructures with international security standards:

Shopify Payments: Comprehensive system that allows the processing of credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Mercado Pago (Checkout Pro): Gateway that allows card payments, electronic transfers (SPEI), Mercado Pago account balance, and cash deposit methods at authorized establishments.

VAOTHY does not store or have direct access to the USER's card numbers, security codes (CVV), or sensitive payment data, as these are processed through tokens on the encrypted servers of the aforementioned gateways.

CLAUSE III. - DATA SECURITY AND ENCRYPTION (SSL PROTOCOL)
All transactions carried out on the portal have 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certification, guaranteeing that financial information travels encrypted from the USER's device to the payment gateway, complying with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standards.

CLAUSE IV. - FRAUD PREVENTION AND MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION
In order to mitigate risks of identity theft and illicit use of payment instruments, VAOTHY implements the following protocols:

Algorithmic Validation: Payment gateways apply security filters (3D Secure and antifraud) to decline suspicious transactions.

Identity Verification: Upon arrival at the physical location in Tijuana, the USER is required to present a valid official identification that fully matches the name of the account holder or card used for the purchase. In case of discrepancy, VAOTHY reserves the right to deny service for financial security reasons.

CLAUSE V. - CURRENCY, TAXES, AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Currency: All transactions are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN). In case of using cards issued abroad, the exchange rate will be exclusively determined by the USER's banking institution.

IVA: In accordance with Mexican tax laws, all prices include Value Added Tax (IVA).

Third-Party Fees: VAOTHY is not responsible for additional charges, credit card usage fees, or late payment interest that the USER's banking institution may apply.

CLAUSE VI. - CONFIRMATION AND PROOF OF PAYMENT
Once the payment is authorized by the corresponding gateway:

The system will automatically generate an Order Number and a booking confirmation sent to the USER's email.

This digital proof is the only valid document to claim the provision of the service at the physical facilities.

If the payment appears as "Pending" (common for SPEI transfers or cash deposits), the appointment will not be considered confirmed until the status changes to "Paid" in the VAOTHY system.

CLAUSE VII. - DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CHARGEBACKS
The USER accepts that any disagreement with the charge made must first be channeled through VAOTHY's Customer Service Department in accordance with our Refund Policy.
The initiation of an unjustified chargeback process before the banking institution, where there is evidence that the infrastructure reservation was made, will be considered a breach of contract and VAOTHY will present all necessary documentation to the acquiring network for the defense of the legitimate collection.
