INFORMED CONSENT
VAOTHY Technical Transparency and Security Commitment
At VAOTHY COMPANY S.A. DE C.V., operational excellence is founded on the security of our users and the technical precision of our protocols. In accordance with international best practices in the wellness industry and current regulations in Mexico, we establish this section to inform our clients about the mandatory nature of Informed Consent.
I. NATURE AND PURPOSE
Informed Consent is a dialectical and documentary process through which VAOTHY ensures that the user has received all necessary information about the non-invasive aesthetic treatment before its execution. This protocol is not merely an administrative procedure, but a legal and ethical safeguard that ensures the client understands the methodology, scope, and possible biological reactions of each service.
II. PERSONALIZATION PER PROTOCOL
The user acknowledges that, due to the specialization of our services, there is no single or generic consent. Prior to the execution of any facial or body treatment, a specific and personalized document will be provided that addresses:
The Technology Used: Details on radiofrequency, cavitation, non-invasive laser equipment, or specific dermocosmetic protocols.
The Anatomical Area: Particular considerations depending on the application area.
The Aesthetic Goals: Clear definition of expected results based on prior assessment.
III. CONTENTS OF THE LEGAL INSTRUMENT
Upon arriving at our headquarters in Zona Urbana Río Tijuana, the user must sign a document that includes, by way of illustration but not limitation, the following points:
Procedure Description: Technical explanation of the technique to be used.
Biological Suitability Declaration: The user agrees to declare under oath their health status, allergies, known contraindications, or use of medications that could interfere with the treatment.
Acceptance of Inherent Risks: Acknowledgment of possible normal transient effects (such as mild erythema or post-session sensitivity).
Post-Treatment Care Instructions: The client's commitment to follow maintenance guidelines that ensure the success of the protocol.
IV. SINE QUA NON REQUIREMENT FOR SERVICE
Signing the Informed Consent is a mandatory requirement for access to our treatment rooms. VAOTHY reserves the right to deny the provision of service, without any liability and under the terms of our Cancellation Policy, if the user:
Refuses to sign the consent document.
Provides contradictory information about their health status.
Presents physical conditions that, in the judgment of our technical staff, represent a risk to their physical integrity.
V. DIGITALIZATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
True to our vision as a revolutionary and digital company, this process may be managed through electronic devices at our facilities. The information collected in these forms enjoys the strictest confidentiality and is protected by our Privacy Notice, being used exclusively for aesthetic follow-up and health security purposes.
