REFUND POLICY

CLAUSE I. - DIGITAL OPERATION PHILOSOPHY AND RECIPROCITY
VAOTHY COMPANY S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter, "VAOTHY") operates under a highly efficient and secure corporate digital ecosystem. The USER acknowledges and accepts that VAOTHY's business model is based on Guaranteed Infrastructure Reserve.
This implies that:
Exclusivity: Upon payment, VAOTHY exclusively withdraws a cabin, technological equipment, and specialized personnel from public inventory for the USER.
Mandatory Identification: Due to security and fraud prevention protocols, access to the facilities is not permitted without prior full payment for the service and full identification of the holder through the vaothy.com platform.
Contractual Reciprocity: VAOTHY guarantees that the standards of punctuality, hygiene, and technical quality it demands from the USER are the same that the company is obligated to meet, establishing a relationship of mutual trust and legal seriousness.
CLAUSE II. - NATURE OF PAYMENT AND IRREVOCABILITY CRITERIA
Given that payment perfects the reservation and guarantees the availability of physical resources at the Tijuana location, all payments made through the e-commerce portal are considered final and non-refundable, except in the exceptional cases strictly provided for in this Policy.
Abandonment of the appointment, no-show, or the client's unilateral decision not to receive treatment once at the facilities, will not entitle them to any refund, as the "Infrastructure Availability" service was effectively provided by VAOTHY.
CLAUSE III. - GROUNDS FOR REFUND PROCEEDING
VAOTHY will only process refunds under the following technical and legal assumptions:
Impossibility of Service by VAOTHY: When due to technical failures in specialized equipment, lack of critical supplies, or absence of technical personnel, the company cannot perform the service and the USER does not accept a rescheduling or a credit voucher.
Duplicate Payment: When the digital collection system (payment gateway) generates a double or erroneous charge for the same transaction, duly verified by the company's financial records.
Exercise of the Right of Revocation (E-commerce): In accordance with Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, the USER may request the revocation of the purchase within five (5) business days following the transaction, provided that the service has not been executed or is not within the 24-hour restriction window prior to the appointment.
CLAUSE IV. - IDENTIFICATION PROTOCOL FOR REFUNDS
In strict adherence to Money Laundering Prevention (MLP) laws and to prevent identity theft fraud, any refund request must comply with the following:
The refund will be made exclusively to the same bank account or original card of the transaction. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be made or refunds to third-party accounts.
The applicant must present a valid official identification (INE or Passport) that fully matches the name registered on the VAOTHY purchase order.
CLAUSE V. - OPERATIONAL COSTS AND NON-REFUNDABLE FINANCIAL COMMISSIONS
The USER acknowledges that all transactions made through vaothy.com involve processing costs charged by external financial service providers (Shopify Payments and/or Mercado Pago).
In the event that a refund is due according to Clause III:
Commission Deduction: VAOTHY reserves the right to deduct from the total amount to be refunded the bank commissions and non-recoverable fixed charges generated by the payment gateway (approximately between 3% and 4% plus fixed charges according to the rate in force at the time of the transaction).
Administrative Expenses: An administrative management fee of up to 5% (five percent) of the treatment value may be applied to cover the costs of reversing the reservation and reassigning technical resources.
CLAUSE VI. - PROCESSING AND ACCREDITATION TIMES
VAOTHY's corporate seriousness implies transparency in banking times. Once the refund is authorized by our Finance Department:
Internal Processing: VAOTHY will issue the refund order within 3 to 5 business days.
Bank Accreditation: The time it takes for the money to be reflected in the USER's bank statement depends exclusively on the issuing bank and the payment gateway (Mercado Pago or Shopify Payments), which usually ranges between 10 and 15 additional business days. VAOTHY has no power to speed up the response times of financial institutions.
CLAUSE VII. - EXCLUSION OF REFUNDS FOR SUBJECTIVE RESULTS
Due to the nature of non-invasive aesthetic and body services, the USER accepts that results may vary depending on each individual's metabolism, medical history, and post-treatment care.
Refund requests based on subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic results will not be accepted, provided that VAOTHY has executed the technical protocol correctly and professionally.
Payment guarantees the execution of the treatment under the highest standards, but does not guarantee identical results in all patients.
CLAUSE VIII. - CORPORATE CREDIT OPTION (VAOTHY CREDIT)
As an expedited alternative to bank refunds and to foster customer loyalty, the USER may opt to convert their credit balance into a "Vaothy Credit."
This credit is immediately credited to their user account.
It is not subject to deductions for payment gateway commissions.
It is valid for 180 calendar days to be redeemed for any product or service available in the store.
CLAUSE IX. - CHARGEBACK PREVENTION
The USER is obligated to exhaust the internal complaint procedures established in this Policy before initiating any charge dispute with their banking institution. The initiation of an unjustified chargeback will be considered a violation of the contractual terms and will entitle VAOTHY to:
Permanently suspend the user's account on the portal.
Present evidence of the reservation and provision of the service to the corresponding financial entity for the legal defense of the transaction.
